Ryan joined Hastie Financial Group after practicing as a physical therapist for several years. He possesses a passion for helping others and focuses on guiding others in their financial health journey. Ryan began his time at Hastie Financial Group as an investment and portfolio analyst, focusing on research, portfolio construction, and retirement plan design. In 2024, Ryan became a partner of Hastie Financial Group, which saw him take on a larger role within the firmHe is intimately involved in developing the firm’s investment strategy for their private wealth management clients and designing and maintaining retirement plans for the firm’s 401(k) plan clients.

Ryan enjoys giving back to Monterey County, where he was born and raised. He writes for several local publications to educate the public on a variety of financial topics. Ryan also currently serves on the board of the United Way Monterey County’s Emerging Leaders Society, a group of young professionals that seeks to promote the value of volunteering, philanthropy, and advocacy throughout Monterey County.  

He and his wife, Megan, live in Salinas, California, with their two daughters. Ryan enjoys playing golf, hiking, weightlifting, and fishing. He and his family love enjoying the beautiful outdoor adventures that the Monterey Peninsula has to offer.
